The Space
As you step into Vila Carmina, you will enter a sanctuary where you can unwind, entertain, and create lasting memories. Upscale contemporary decor & carefully curated artistic elements create a casual elegance for you to enjoy. All of the bedrooms are furnished with Emma mattresses to ensure you get a good night’s sleep.
Be prepared to fall in love with the captivating gardens, beautifully landscaped with a magnificent two-tiered, cascading swimming pool and beautiful pool terrace beside it for relaxation. On the level just behind and above the pool area, you will discover an outdoor kitchen complete with an authentic Argentinian grill, charcoal and gas BBQ stations, a wok burner, outdoor fridge and a traditional pizza oven. This delightful space allows you to enjoy delicious meals and drinks on a large antique dining table under the shade of a pergola whilst enjoying the gardens & views over Ferragudo, the fresh sea breeze and amazing sunsets. For ultimate relaxation, indulge in the rejuvenating Jacuzzi at ground level, perhaps with a chilled glass of wine, where you can unwind under the stars or enjoy the sunset from the pool terrace, after a day of exploring the picturesque village of Ferragudo.
The villa is split into 2 halves, on the upper level are three bedrooms, two of them ensuite with a further luxurious master bathroom complete with walk-in shower and roll top bath. The spacious, well-lit open plan lounge, kitchen & dining area is a relaxing haven. There are balconies to each of the bedrooms and the lounge and dining areas. Whilst downstairs there is a further open plan lounge, kitchen & dining area with doors out onto a terrace, and three further ensuite bedrooms and a delightfully opulent cloakroom.
The generous living spaces and array of terraces and external areas give ample room for relaxation or socializing. If you can prise yourselves away from the pool and the gardens, the strategic location means it is only a 5-minute walk to the vibrant and charming village centre of Ferragudo and its cafés, bars, restaurants, quaint local shops and pop-up craft markets. Just a 10-minute walk to Praia da Angrinha beach. There’s yoga on the beach, coastal walks and a range of water sports on offer, or you could embark on a boat tour from Ferragudo to discover the scenic beauty of the Algarve region. Take a cave tour and marvel at the breath-taking rock formations and hidden grottoes along the coast. You can also try dolphin watching tours, where you have the chance to spot these magnificent creatures in their natural habitat. Oh, and let’s not forget we also have a number of excellent golf courses and tennis clubs nearby.
